Bente has worked in real estate for more than 20 years in Norway, where she built and ran several successful agencies before continuing her career in Spain. She brings structure, negotiation experience, and a clear understanding of what Scandinavian buyers expect from a property purchase.

Pernille has lived permanently on the Costa del Sol for almost a decade and understands both the cultural and practical differences that often make buying in Spain feel uncertain.
With a background in real estate and business, she works closely with clients throughout the process, ensuring that each step is clear, structured, and properly handled. She is also a certified interior designer, which allows her to assess potential, layout, and improvements beyond what is immediately visible.
